Second Flatmate Wanted

Hi! My current flatmate has finished his work experience placement and will be moving out, so I am looking to try and find a new one. Our flat is located on the Southern end of Dalkeith Road, about a fifteen minute walk from the King's Buildings campus and half an hour from the main one. It is fully furnished with furniture owned by the tenants. There are shops and take-out places located nearby, including at Cameron Toll shopping centre.

My name is Brooks and I a recent graduate from the University of Edinburgh, and will be staying in the apartment through at least the rest of the year. I am introverted and largely keep to myself, and appreciate a quiet flat environment. I am vegetarian, but I don't mind if other people eat meat, so long as they wash the dishes afterwards. My hobbies including reading, walking, and trading card games. I am currently in the process of writing my first book.

The room you'll be staying in is on the smaller end, but with enough space for a bed, bedside table, desk, dresser, and wardrobe. There is also a spacious lounge (pictured) and a kitchen in the apartment which you will be welcome to use. The rent will be £616 per person per month. Bills come to usually no more than £80 per person. Council tax for the apartment is about £250 for the rest of the year. Move-ins will likely become available from the first week of October.
