Second Flatmate Wanted

Hi! I am anticipating that my current flatmate will move out of out shared apartment to follow her job, so I am looking to try and find a new one. Our flat is located on the Southern end of Dalkeith Road, about a fifteen minute walk from King's Buildings campus and half an hour from the main one. It is fully furnished with furniture owned by the tenants. There are shops and take-out places located nearby, including at Cameron Toll shopping centre.

My name is Brooks and I am a male computer science student, 24, and will be staying in the apartment likely through the rest of the year. I am introverted and largely keep to myself, and appreciate a quiet flat environment, though I am not adverse to socialising with flatmates. I am vegetarian, but I don't mind if other people eat meat, so long as they wash the dishes afterwards. My hobbies including reading, walking, and trading card games.

The room you'll be staying in is on the smaller end, but with enough space for a bed, bedside table, desk, dresser, and wardrobe. There is also a spacious lounge (pictured) and a kitchen in the apartment which you will be welcome to use. The rent will be £616 per person per month. Bills come to usually no more than £80 per person. Move-ins will likely become available from the 28th of June.
