ASAP Double Room Available in Spacious Mixed Flat

Hello potential flat mate and friend!

We have a double room available in our lovely and spacious two-story Marchmont flat close to the meadows available from the first week of september.

You'll be living with Karl, Hamish, Maddie and Laura. We work in a Cafe, a Pub and a Charity Shop respectively, so we're all social people with some creative interests including Film, Poetry, Music and Animation!

We have a large living room which is great for film nights with views to Marchmont road, plenty of kitchen space, a downstairs bathroom and a shower room upstairs. We also have a good relationship with our landlord who is always happy to help.

We're looking for a flat mate and hopefully new friends who are open minded and can help keep our flat feel more of a home. Please tell us a bit about yourself and hopefully we'll meet you soon!
