Fully furnished living room and kitchen, bathroom. There is also a big box room next to the flat.

💰 Rent is £658 and Deposit: £625

Bills: £12 wifi and Gas/electricity vary from £30-50 per month.

📅 Available from: 1st August ( could be flexible )

🎓 Preferably looking for a student, as this would make the council tax situation simpler for the household. Please note that if you are a student, the letting agency may require you to provide a UK-based guarantor.

You'll be sharing with Zunaira, a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. A bit about her : I’m friendly, outgoing, and love socialising, but I also enjoy quiet weekends in watching TV with flatmates or friends. I value a clean and tidy home, enjoy cooking and hosting dinner occasionally, and I’m into sports—I play cricket and love watching football.
