A charming, cultured and independent elderly lady is seeking a Sharer for her home to give her a mix of 10 hours of help and company each week in exchange for low-cost accommodation in her home.

Irene has a spacious double-upper flat in the Dean Bridge area. The area available to a potential Homesharer is on the upper floor including a very nicely appointed double bedroom, an adjacent study room and a pantry second kitchen with a private shower room. Shared facilities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a TV. The property overlooks a private park and is a 10-minute walk into Princes Street, 20-minute walk into Stockbridge and Haymarket. All locations are easily reachable by public transport.

Irene is looking for a friendly, quiet and independent person who has their own life and interests but would be willing to spend a little time together and to be in the house overnight. She has regular visitors throughout the week. She would like help with general home tidying, preparing and sharing the occasional meal, help with technology when needed and occasional outings together to the park or possibly the theatre etc.

Smoking and pets are not permitted. Council tax band is G.
