My current flatmates are moving out so I am looking for someone to move into a spare room. The flat is fairly central, walking distance to many pubs and restaurants in the centre of town and looks over dean village. There is plenty of on street parking which a permit can be bought for. Council tax is band D (~£228 per month this year).
I have been in Edinburgh for 5 years working as a biomedical scientist. I am very relaxed and easygoing. Enjoy football, travelling, good food, hiking and the odd trip to the pub.
