My lovely flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over her tenancy.
It’s a 2 bed flat with a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Bills aren’t included and it’s council tax band D.
I work full time in Edinburgh and enjoy crafts, movies and reading. I am looking for a professional (because of council tax reasons). Someone who is tidy and happy to share the cleaning. Happy for you to have friends over with communication in advance but it isn’t a party flat as I work long hours.
