The room is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and TV unit, offering plenty of storage space.

I am a friendly working professional and live in the property. I work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, so the house is generally quiet during the day.

I also have two very well-behaved indoor cats, so applicants should be comfortable living with pets.
