Double room in 2-bed flat near Leith Walk

Hi! My current flatmate is unfortunately moving out and I’m looking for someone to replace him in this lovely 2-bed flat. I’m a PhD student at UoE, and would ideally love to find another postgrad student (for council tax reasons!) who’s looking to stay long-term.

The lease begins 27th July, £690pcm exc bills (the whole property is £1400pcm, but we’ve been splitting it £690/£710 due to slight differences in room sizes!)

The flat is in a great location just off Leith walk, with supermarkets, cafes, gyms, bars, restaurants, and parks all within walking distance. It also has great bus and tram links, and designated off-street parking for residents :)

I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate who’s up for a chat/hang out sometimes but is also happy doing their own thing. I’m pretty easygoing but appreciate a calm and quiet home as I’m often busy with work! I also have a very sociable orange cat, so cat lovers are strongly preferred 🐱
