Wonderful LGBT flat with amazing views - Gilmerton

Hi, I’ve got a room in my flat in South Edinburgh (EH17) available from 24 July (some flexibility on this) for any amount of time. Available for viewings in the next week or so, until the room is filled.
I’m a 26 year old nb/queer tech professional looking to share with either a student or a professional.
Rent would be 650 bills, internet, council tax etc inclusive. The 11, 7 and 400 all stop nearby and 3, 29 and 31 a short walk away. Your room is the one pictured. Open to shorter and longer term flatmates.
Currently living here is myself, my partner (25m/queer) and our two crazy cats. Note that living with the cats requires a little care and attention as they're quite food-motivated, and love running into places they shouldn't. Nothing too onerous though.
We're both very sociable people, but both equally enjoy our space. We both work from home a couple times a week, and there's space for you to do the same if needed!
