A double room is available in our much loved Stockbridge flat in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town.

The flat is in a great location - just up from the Stockbridge market, close to loads of great independent shops, coffee spots and pubs. It's a beautiful old tenement flat on the second floor with high ceilings, window shutters, a huge living room, bathroom and large kitchen. The room is a decent size, fully furnished, situated at the rear of the flat and overlooks Circus Lane.

You'll be sharing with 3 other professionals aged between 25-30. Lots of varied interests, and always up for a chat. We'd be looking for a new flatmate of a similar age, and preferably in full-time employment.

Rent is currently £550. Bills (council tax, electricity, gas and broadband) are not included - these currently total around £127. The room will be available on 2nd August.
