Hi everyone! A double room is becoming available in a lovely apartment located in Liberton Place starting from September 1st, as my current flatmate is moving out.

765£ per month (600£ rent + 150£ council + 15£ wifi) + bills

The flat is situated in a beautiful, green, and quiet area with excellent perks:

Great Transit: Direct buses to the city centre (routes 7, 37, 47).

Shopping & Essentials: Just a 20-minute walk (or 5-minute bus ride) to Cameron Toll Shopping Centre. Plus, there is a pharmacy, a post office, and a local convenience store right under the house!

Green Spaces: Liberton Park is just a stone's throw away. If you love nature, Blackford Hill and Inch Park are also very close by.

Bonus: Only 15 minutes by bus to IKEA, and privat parking is available right outside the building.

The apartment is modern, spacious, and fully equipped.

The Bathroom Situation: No morning queues! I have my own ensuite bathroom, so the main bathroom will be almost exclusively yours to use.

Current Setup Note: We are currently hosting a friend in the living room temporarily while he looks for his own place (for a maximum of two months). While he is here, all bills will be split 3 ways instead of 2, saving us all some money! After he moves out, it will be just the two of us.
