The flat is in an excellent city centre location. Just at the bottom of Broughton Street in Cannonmills, only a 7 minute walk away from the St James Centre and the Playhouse. walkable to almost everything in Edinburgh
It is surprisingly quiet, due to its high position, with great views across the skyline of the New Town and Calton Hill.

The bedroom is equipped with plug and USB sockets by the bed, bedside shelving and dimmable lighting in the press in the corner of the room . There is a set of built in wardrobes in the room, one side has hanging space and a chest of drawers, the other side houses a washing machine with a clothes pulley and dehumidifier so you can do your laundry and keep it out of sight.

There is also storage space above the bedroom door for less used items and space under the bed.

The bedroom also has a lockable door.

The living/ kitchen has a built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built in microwave and oven, also toaster and kettle and a window seat with dining area for two.

The living room also has TV equipped with Netflix and a Nintendo switch.

The bathroom is modern with a rainfall shower, wall hung Wc and an illuminated mirror with lighting.

About me
I’m a 33 year old Plumbing and Heating Engineer from Scotland. I have lived here in Edinburgh for almost 7 years. I am currently working away with work so will only be back the odd day during the week or a day at the weekend.

I like playing football, socialising with friends, open water swimming and watching sport.

What I am looking for,

I work during the day Mon-Fri, so the flat would be suitable for someone who works from home as well as hybrid / someone who works out of the house.
I’m looking for someone who is similarly respectful and tidy, happy to have their own space but any shared interests/socialising would be a bonus.

Note - this is a top (third) floor tenement flat so be prepared for the stairs.
