2 double rooms available in 3-bed flat

Living room

I am looking for two flatmates to fill two spare rooms in my flat on Dalkeith Road. One room will be available from the 01/08 while the second room will be available from the 01/09.

Room 1 is a double room situated at the front of the flat (near the living room, overlooking Dalkeith Road). It's spacious and bright with a wardrobe and a dresses for storage. Gets a lot of sunshine in the summer!

Room 2 is a double room at the back of the flat (away from the road). Also spacious with a closet for extra storage. There is a large window overlooking the shared garden at the back of the building.

The flat consists of a kitchen, spacious shared living room and bathroom.

You'll be living with me, a chemistry PhD student aged 26 originally from Italy (but I've been living in Scotland for 7 years). For council tex reasons, I would prefer postgraduate students, but I am open to working professional if they are happy to cover council tax.

I have a super nice dynamics with my current flatmates, where we often spend nights in cooking together or watching a movie, but we are also very mindful of personal space and time. We all enjoy a clean and tidy space and usually follow a cleaning schedule, but also understand that sometime life gets busy and are not super fiscal about that. I think that the place where we leave should be a place where we can feel safe and relaxed and I'd really love to find someone that feels the same way!

The flat is approx. 20 minutes walk to the Meadows, 10 minutes to Holyrood Park and 20 minutes to Kings Buildings.
