2 bedrooms available for professionals looking for a quiet, comfortable and clean flat within walking distance of the city centre and a national park (Arthur’s Seat).

The flat is full furnished with a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher with interior designed bathroom and hallway.

I’m currently have 2 flatmates who are moving out in September (moving for work). I’m looking for respectful, considerate flatmates that are happy to chat over a coffee in the kitchen (open plan lounge).

I travel often for work or an international adventure and enjoy having philosophical conversations over a delicious meal (with a glass of wine). I’ve had flatmates for years and made some lifelong friends.

The flat is 10min walk from anything you desire - multiple supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gyms and a bus stop right outside the flat that takes you to Princes Street in 10-15min.

About the rooms:

1. Garden room = view of the garden with a stone fireplace, piano and additional storage under the bed

2. Master bedroom = TV on the wall with sofa, standing desk with Secret Lab chair and tonnes of shelf storage.

The weekly shared flat chores - mostly, common sense reminders:

1. Deep cleaning / bleaching the bathroom
2. Loading dishwasher / cleaning up after cooking
3. Vacuuming the floors
4. Mopping the floors (roughly once a month)
