Lovely Single Room in leafy Comely Bank, Edinburgh

Searching for a comfortable, well-located home base? We're offering a single bedroom on the second floor of our welcoming mid-terrace house in the quiet, leafy neighbourhood of Comely Bank.

Transport couldn't be easier—there's a bus stop literally one minute away with direct routes into the city centre, or it's an easy 15-minute walk if you fancy stretching your legs. You're also brilliantly positioned for exploring some of Edinburgh's loveliest green spaces: Inverleith Park, the charming streets of Stockbridge, and the Botanical Gardens are all on your doorstep—ideal for Sunday morning wanders.

You'll be sharing with a relaxed family household: two teenage boys (13 and 18), though the younger is often away, and at least one parent will usually be home depending on work commitments. We also have two beautiful white cats, so if you're a cat person, you'll fit right in!

The room comes with shared use of bathroom/shower facilities, kitchen, and living room. And if you play, we're more than happy for you to use the piano room.
