Hello folks!

I have a big double room free by the 1st of August for professionals looking for a flat within walking distance of the city centre, various amenities and a national park. We will need supporting documents (guarentor, landlord reference eg.) by the 15th of July if you are interested.

The flat is partially furnished as previous tenants have kindly left their furniture for the next tenant incoming. The bedroom you'd be renting is a converted living room - so it is rather big. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen. Bills are included in the advertised price - and we are Council Tax Band B.

It is a 5 minute walk from many amenities - various supermarkets, gyms, bars, cafes, and a popular bus stop that takes you to Princes Street in 10 minutes.

About myself: I'm more of an introvert so I usually keep to myself as I work a 9-5 customer facing role up town but I'm down for a chat now and then! I have an Axolotl tank in the storage room that I regularly tend to. I have a boyfriend who usually comes by once a week, or I go over to his.
