Double bedroom available from 14th of August. Current flatmate is moving to Australia. Good area that is walking distance to st James, Waverly etc with nice coffee shops and bars along the road. Tesco and Lidl extremely close. Flat is clean and tidy. I work full time and I’m out a lot so would have the place to yourself often!, I’m easy going and like to play sports/go to the pub.
