Two good-sized double bedrooms, each with its own new double bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair. Situated in a cosy, quiet modern flat. Highly suitable for final-year or mature students. Ready to occupy immediately or in September. Shared use of the kitchen and sole use of the main bathroom, which both occupants will share. Ideally suitable for friends wanting to move in together. Bills are included in rent, but if you are a working professional, an equal share of Ctax must be paid separately (Band E).

Last year, I hosted one male fourth-year student, 22 years old, and one female postgraduate student, also 22 years old. It's possible to talk with them to get their experience of living here.
