The room is furnished. Note the small chest of three drawers, the floor standing mirror, and the curtains/curtain rail do not come with the room - the rest of the furniture (double bed, large wardrobe, shelves, blinds etc.) comes with the room. The agents are helpful and typically quick to sort out any issues. Move in date can be flexible within a few days but must be early August.
The flat:

- This is a quiet, tidy household. No pets, smokers, or students.
