Hi! We are looking for someone to take over a room in a bright, super-central flat on Rankeillor Street, available from 24th July 2026. The flat is very well connected – perfect for getting around the city easily!

You’d be living with three lovely flatmates – all of us in our 20s. Two are Master’s students at the University of Edinburgh, and one is completing his undergraduate degree at Edinburgh Napier. We’re friendly, sociable, and welcoming – it’s a really nice, relaxed household.

• Rent: £610 per month
• Octopus energy + EE wifi
• Council tax & bills: approx. £80-90 (council tax may change if you are not a student as we would lose discount) (Band D)

• Available: from 24th July, ideally no later than 30th.

The room is bright and comfortable, and the flat has a warm, friendly vibe. Ideal for someone who enjoys a sociable, yet calm living environment. We enjoy cooking, the outdoors, and love spending time together as a flat. However, we are all accommodating of each other’s need for alone time.
