Hello,
I am subletting my room in August during the fringe between the 6th to the 29th of August included.
The bills/cleaner/wifi are included.
Couples are welcomed.
We have a very nice living room, shared kitchen and bathroom and obviously the location is ideal for anyone want to enjoy or work at the Fringe this August.
A deposit of 1000£ will be required via bank transfer one week before arrival and the rest in cash on the day of arrival.
My flatmate is a very nice 26 year-old Englishman who will be working a lot during the fringe. He is very tidy and kind. He works at a bar generally in the evening from 5pm till 1-2am.
