Roommate wanted for Bruntsfield place flat

Hi there,

I'm a young professional from Canada, looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is moving in with his girlfriend around mid-august.

I'm a fairly social guy and like to keep busy when I can. Happy to hit the pub and chit chat whenever.

The flat is kept decently tidy as it is, and the room gets loads of light in the afternoon, even during the winter. I've found the location to be ideal, the high street has got excellent food options. There is a Sainsbury across the street and a Tesco shortly down the road. There is also a Scotmid and Waitrose a short bit further. Excellent access to the Meadows, and the bus stop just out the door has direct routes to Old Town, West End, Leith, etc.
