The room is a spacious double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, ideal for someone looking for a clean, comfortable home.

* 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all essential appliances

Rent & Bills:

* 💷 £500 per month (paid directly to the landlord)
* 💰 £500 deposit
* 📶 Bills, Council Tax and Wi-Fi are shared equally between all tenants

About us:
We are 3 professional males. One of us works from home, while the other two work away from the house during the day. We’re looking for a professional who is clean, respectful and easy-going.

Students are welcome if you’re happy to contribute towards the Council Tax, as the rest of the household are working professionals.
