I am a live-in landlord looking for a respectful and tidy female flatmate to share my home for the month of August. I'm a warm and friendly person but also very respectful about others space.

The room is a comfortable small double, fully furnished. The flat is in a great location and offers a peaceful and friendly environment. I am an inclusive person, and my home is a safe and welcoming space for all women.

- Small double bed with ottoman storage, big mirrored wardrobe + chest of drawers.

Note: The room contains a boiler cupboard, but it is a brand-new, eco-friendly, and completely silent model, so your sleep won't be disturbed at all.

- The flat offers a large living room, modern kitchen & bathroom.

- Washing machine AND tumble dryer available.

- Parking available

Availability: From late July (flexible date), ideally until first week of September, but I am open to discussing a longer stay until October at the latest.

The rent is 300 per week (all bills included, with high speed-WiFi)

Preferences: Looking for a female flatmate who is clean, respectful, and appreciates a quiet home environment.
