En-Suite Double Room, Moda The McEwan Edinburgh

Hi! I’m in my early twenties and work in consulting in Edinburgh. I’m looking for a female flatmate to share a new and modern 2-bedroom apartment at Moda The McEwan in Fountainbridge.

Ideally, you’re a young professional, though students will also be considered. I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, sociable, and keeps shared spaces clean and tidy.

The apartment is fully furnished and located in one of Edinburgh’s best build-to-rent developments, with access to a 24/7 gym, cinema room, co-working spaces, resident lounges, private dining rooms, rooftop terraces, BBQ areas, 24-hour concierge, secure bike storage, resident events, and on-site maintenance. It’s also within walking distance of Haymarket and the city centre.

Please note that you’ll be added to the tenancy agreement as a joint tenant (there isn’t a lead tenant arrangement), so you’ll need to complete Moda’s referencing process. A tenancy deposit may also be payable before move-in.
