Double Room available in Fountainbridge

Double room in a 3 bed flat with a couple.
Room is bigger than the photos show, and we have a kitchen with a big sofa. There is a whole fridge for you to yourself, and we have a spare bedroom for guests to stay in occasionally.

We are independent, clean and tidy and looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to join our flat. We are looking for young professionals, who are up for socialising during the evenings / weekends. We both occasionally work from home or commute, so would need someone on the same sort of times as us.

I’m a fundraiser at a charity based in Livingston, and Hamish is a trainee solicitor. We both like to go to the gym, and socialize in the evenings. We aren’t huge clubbers but we’ll be at the pub most weekends and we’d love a flatmate to join.

Hamish is Likely to move out in Jan / Feb, so I’m looking for someone who would be long term, and is sociable and chatty.
