Location-
Well placed between town and Portobello beach. There is a bus stop 100 metres from the flat where you can get to town or Leith Walk in less than 15 minutes, never waiting more than 5-10 mins for a bus! Hollyrood Park is a 10-minute walk, and there are Morrisons/Lidl/Sainbury's grocery stores close by.

Flatmates-

Social flat with three guys in their mid 20’s, two working FT in finance/design, and one studying a master's in marine biology. The boys are interested in the outdoors, camping, hiking, trail running, climbing, etc. It is a relaxed flat environment where everyone gets along well! Looking for an easy-going, respectful flatmate with similar interests.

Costs-
Rent: 550 pounds/month. The room is the smallest in the flat, which is reflected in the price (note the pictures of the room are taken at 0.5). The rent price is increasing to 550 as of September, so there shouldn’t be any more rent increases soon.
Council tax: Bank C
Wifi: 12 pounds each
Energy: between 36 and 55 pounds each
