We're looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely fully furbished 3-bedroom flat in Newington from 1st of September!
The available room is a furnished double bedroom for £615 per month, with bills of approximately £50 per month(including gas, electricity and Wi-Fi). The flat has a spacious living room and kitchen with large windows overlooking Arthur's Seat, and the shared living area is fully furnished with a TV, sofa, and a dining table that comfortably seats five.
You'll be living with a recent PhD graduate (26) and current PhD student (25, myself). We're ideally looking for a tidy female young professional who would be happy to share the council tax costs (Band D, approximately £95/month). We are not looking for short-term lets.
The flat is managed by Cullen Property, and we've never had any issues with them over the past six years.
