-close to grassmarket area
-neighbours are very friendly, there have been no noise issues or complaints
-dishwasher and washing machine (washing machine and oven just got replaced)
-15 minute walk to the Edinburgh University library and close to central campus, 25 min bus from King’s Buildings
-2 min walk to the bus stop for the 35 bus to Heriot-Watt University, 40min bus ride
-ten minute walk to get the airport bus to edinburgh airport
-split bills and internet costs into three
