My name is Morven and I am a Diagnostic Radiographer, I have recently purchased this flat and I am looking for a flatmate. I am looking for a young professional (the flat is not suitable for students or couples, sorry), preferably female, who likes to socialise but also likes their own company. I have a small 10 year old cat called Lilli who is very friendly. In my spare time I like to read, listen to music, and watch films, as well as attend gigs and events where possible! Due to the nature of my job I work shifts so will sometimes be working overnight or evenings and weekends.

I do not have photos as yet as I am currently in the process of moving in furniture and decorating, however I am happy to arrange a viewing in the mean time or provide photos once the flat is ready!

The flat is in an ideal location, situated between Gorgie and Slateford Road, with Lidl, Aldi, and Sainsbury's all within walking distance. The property is served 24/7 by multiple different bus options. Haymarket station is only a 25 minute walk (5-10 mins by bus) and the trams are 15 minutes away at Murrayfield.

The rent will £800 pcm plus bills. This £800 includes access to the secure underground carpark, basic concierge service, fitness suite, and covers all building maintenance including the lift. You will have your own double room, as well as use of the living room, kitchen, and small balcony. Although the second bathroom will be mostly yours, it is the main bathroom for the flat so guests may use it, and I will also use it for a bath from time to time. There are bins, food waste, and recycling on the ground floor. As I have just moved in myself, many of the kitchen utensils as well as the sofa in the living room are brand new. I would ask for an initial deposit of £500, returnable upon departure from the flat.
