Bright double bedroom in Haymarket

Hey everyone!
Ive decided to move out of my flat which means theres a room availible in a lovely flat in Haymarket.
A bit about the flat, its in a great location right near the tram and train station as well as a short walk from princess street and tolcross. Its a 5 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor. The room im moving out of is a lovely large room with lots of light from the window. The kitchen is well equipped with all the regular things as well as toaster, blender, very large fridge and freezer as well as an air fryer.
The flatmates are a lovely group, some are students some professionals (any applicants must be willing to contribute to council tax). There is a nice vibe in the flat and everyone will normally stop for a chat in the kitchen.
