Modern recently renovated 3 bedroom townhouse in the centre of Leith. The house forms part of a nice and peaceful residential street - The Shore is a 15min Walk, Leith Walk is 20min and the bus is 1min which will take you to Princess Street in 15min. Edinburgh Leisure with pool, sauna, steam and gym is also a 10min walk.

The Shore and wider Leith area are widely recognised for quality of life and sense of place. Leith was ranked one of the world's coolest neighbourhoods by Time Out, while The Shore itself won the Great Neighbourhood Award from the Academy of Urbanism.
