Our home is right next to Arthur’s Seat, with easy access to the city centre, portobello beach and easy bus access to universities.
We are looking for 2 students who need accommodation for the university term (September - June). We are a LGBTQ friendly household.
We have two double bedrooms available for rent - each room is furnished and has ample storage space.
(Note: Furniture arrangement may be slightly different & the single bed can be swapped to a double bed if wanted)
Our house has a bathroom and a large open plan living / dining & kitchen area on the main floor, and a lovely garden which you are welcome to use.
You will be sharing with myself, my daughter who is studying forgework / Art & Design and our dog (a Bichon Frise). Our rooms are on the upper floor and we have a separate bathroom.
