Unfortunately one of our current flatmate has decided to move houses and we will have a room available from the 1st of September, but we need to confirm by the 10th of August at the latest.
The flat is on Spittal Street, EH3 9DX.
The total rent for the flat is £2,000 a month. The room available comes to £635. We have recently switched our energy and gas supplier, so the utilities and council tax should now come up to £105 ish.
It’s Council Tax Band D and is managed by Southside.
The flat has a lovely, spacious kitchen/living room area, 1.5 bathrooms and the windows got resealed just before we moved in.
Both of us are graduates from the University of Edinburgh and we are just looking for someone who is clean, friendly and respectful of personal and shared spaces.
