My large double furnished room in our Newington flat (near Salisbury Court Halls) will be available for longterm rent from the 12th August.

The room is large and furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, sofa and armchairs - with plenty of space for additional clothesrails/storage, as I have.

The flat:
- Two bathrooms (one with shower and bath)
- Large kitchen with dining table and pantry
- Space for a bicycle in corridor
- Access to private area of garden to rear
- Great access to Meadows, Southside, Holyrood Park and Commonwealth Pool.

Parking:
- I currently use an Edinburgh parking permit and can park anywhere in Zone 7, there is often space on Parkside Terrace
- Parking immediately on Dalkeith Road is allowed over night and sundays

Current Housemates:
- The flat is quiet but friendly, everyone are professionals who have been in situ for over a year.
- Shared spaces are regularly cleaned on a split basis, which is strict but keeps the place nice for everyone.

I am moving out into my own place but have enjoyed living here, the other housemates have been great to live with.
