Hii, I'm looking for someone to take over my sister's old room as she's off to Naples for a masters. It's a double room with lovely morning sun, lots of storage space, and a desk by the window. The flat has a great shared living room looking out over Blackford Hill, and a bright kitchen with lots of cupboards, a gas oven/hob, and a dining area. There's also a shower and bath in the bathroom.
It's in a chill residential area so don't worry about being disturbed too much! It's 10 mins down the road from King's Buildings and has great bus links to all round Edinburgh, plus Cameron Toll 15 mins walk away.

A bit about me: I'm Eilidh, 21, going into my final year studying music at Napier - so the room's great if you're also a 4th year or just have one year of study to get through. I value my own space but also enjoy a good film or games night. I love cooking and baking, and also work part time at a small cafe in Leith :))
I play classical guitar so would be practicing in the flat, but it's pretty quiet and i don't practice too late (or particularly regularly, don't tell my tutor).

I'm looking for someone to stay for the 2026/2027 academic year, preferably a student so we don't have to worry about council tax. Preferably between 18 and 27, and it's an LGBTQ+ friendly flat :)) Let me know if you think it could be a good fit for you and we can arrange a viewing.
