I'm moving out of my lovely flat in September and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st September.

The room is a large, fully furnished double bedroom in a spacious 4-bedroom flat located in the heart of Edinburgh near the Omni Centre, with fantastic access to the city centre, universities, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport.

The flat itself is fully furnished and benefits from:

This would be an ideal home for a student starting in September. However, as the other three tenants are working professionals, anyone moving in would need to be happy to contribute towards council tax.

The current flatmates all work in hospitality and are a genuinely friendly, sociable group. They're looking for someone who wants to be more than just a flatmate—they'd love someone who'll become part of the household. They enjoy spending time together watching films, going to the pub, nights out, and heading out for day trips and activities, so it's a great home if you're looking for a sociable atmosphere.

A guarantor will be required as part of the tenancy application.
