I'm offering the room for a special offer of £180 per week, which original prize was £185 per week.

Situated on the 3rd floor. The higher 4th, 5th and 6th floors are already fully booked, making this one of the best remaining room locations in the building. This is an excellent choice for a student seeking a calm and distraction-free place to live and study. I'm only reletting the room because of a change in accommodation plans for me due to a personal reason.
