I’m an agender queer with a spare double room in my cosy two bed flat 5 min walk from Wardie bay.
Room would suit vegetarian/vegan queer nature loving sort who wants a quiet friendly place to study/be.
I like having a clean friendly home where everyone is respected and direct communication is preferred. Occasionally sharing dinner/garden goodies (I grow berries and veggies) a bonus?
I am adjusting to life with chronic illness/disability so am home a lot and have systems e. g. a bath chair, weekly cleaning schedule etc to help me function and would like any housemate to be willing to work with or negotiate these so we keep a nice home.
The flat is up 6 steps from the street and is close to a street bike hanger (with space at time of writing) and great bus links (number 8,9,14,16,17,19 and 200 all within 5 min walk) there is also a fair amount of on street parking.
Rent is £650 including all bills, one months deposit will be kept in secure deposits Scotland scheme.
Well behaved and well cared for pets welcome at your responsibility.
I am very sensitive to smells so if cats are indoor, I need them to have an automatic litter tray.
