Looking for someone to move in to one of the spare rooms in my flat.

It's a 3 bed 2 bath flat on the second floor but there is a lift. One room will remain as a spare room so you will have your own private bathroom.

The property has a large living room, a good kitchen and a balcony.

Bills are currently as follows:
Council Tax: £150pm
Electricity/Gas: £50pm (this may fluctuate slightly)

The letting agent will need a reference from you and the current owner will need to approve you, but that shouldn't be an issue as they have been very helpful for the duration of my tenancy.

The flat will be inspected before my current flat mate leaves and you will need to pay a deposit to cover any damages that may occur from that point onwards.

Please note the bedroom and bathroom are unfinished, all furniture pictured in those rooms belong to my current flat mate so will be gone.

Half of the living room and kitchen stuff belongs to my flat mate so there is plenty of space for you to bring any of your own furniture if required. If you don't have much to bring I will look at buying additional furniture.
