I'm an Edinburgh resident offering a comfortable spare room in my relaxed, friendly home avaible 3rd August- 6th September

I'm hoping to host someone involved in the Edinburgh Festival—whether you're an artist, performer, production crew member or seasonal worker—but I'm also happy to hear from festival visitors looking for a welcoming place to stay.

The room is best suited to **one person**. I'm looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and comfortable sharing a home, with shared access to the kitchen and bathroom.

📍 **Location:** Stenhouse, Edinburgh, with excellent public transport links. Around **20 minutes by bus/tram** to the city centre and Festival venues. 25 minutes by tram to the airport.

💷 **Rates (including all bills):**
Council Tax Band A
* **£450 per week**
* **£425 per week** for stays of **2–3 weeks**
* **£1,500** for a booking covering the **whole month**
