Double room in Haymarket

Move in date 1st September 2026

Double room with chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a built in wardrobe (it’s a big one!). It's a ground floor, main door, 3 bedroom flat where you will be the 3rd flatmate.
Bathroom is a shower/bath combo shared with 1 housemate; as 2nd housemate has an en-suite. Kitchen is big with lots of storage, washer-dryer combo, electric hob/oven unit and microwave. Living room is separate, spacious and has a dining room nook. Further 2 large cupboards in the hallway for storage. Also comes with a allocated parking space which has been amazing(neither roomie drives so it is free, there is a further unallocated space for any guests)!
The flat is located just a few minutes walk from Haymarket station so is very central and has excellent travel links. My housemates are the best and I am very sad to be leaving them! This flat would suit a sociable girly who likes movie nights, takeouts in the flat etc., but also respectful of personal space.

Wifi/TV - £ 17

As above, I am primarily looking for someone to take over the tenancy by 1st September 2026.
We are looking for someone who is planning to stay for at least 2 years.
