Double room next to Meadows (park) 15 minutes walk to Edinburgh/Napier campuses in bright, clean, spacious international flatshare regularly occupied by academic researchers or students in town for a semester or less with option to extend. Sharing 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 WC. (3 toilets in total) Excellent wifi - and bills included. The flat is professionally cleaned 3-4 times a month. The Rom is furnished as seen. Bedding is provided. There is a washing machine, drying racks, iron, hair drier, equipped kitchen - things in a regular home are provided and everything is available to use. Claire - the landlady, is on site most days. There is a friendly community living and working in the flat who regularly eat and hang out together.

Quiet central residence within 15 minutes walk of George Square, Princes Street and the Royal Mile and 2 minutes from buses (to Kings Buildings) supermarkets and cafes. This flat overlooks the Meadows (park) at the front and a quiet garden at the back and has a big well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. Usually booked for 1-4 months at a time, and occupied by students or professionals on short courses or just at the beginning or end of their stay.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Residents share a bathroom, shower room and WC ( 3 toilets). Currently 2 residents have set working hours

All bills are included. (That means wifi, heating, Council Tax (the local property tax on residences. ) ( there is a heating supplement for room temp above 19/20degrees. The standard local indoor room temp is 19 degrees)

The flat and building are strictly non smoking. There is no smoking anywhere in the building or on the path to the front door. The smoking area is on the pavement outside the building - or in the park opposite the flat.

Current residents are from USA, India, UK, France, Mauritius. 3 research interns , 1 Masters student 1 travelling tech professional.
