Double room to rent in Edinburgh Flat

Hi!
I’m Holly and my current flatmate is moving out so i’m looking for someone else to fill the space!

15 min walk from Leith Walk
15 min bus to Princes Street

Bills avg £170-200pcm
Council Tax Band D

The double bedroom has a built in wardrobe, however is unfurnished so you will need to be able to bring/buy your own bed/mattress etc.
There is one bathroom with a shower over bath, the kitchen has a washing machine and built in fridge/freezer. The living room has a sofa that turns into a double sofa bed as well as a projector as our TV.

We are currently undergoing a renovation in the hall and bathroom so should you be looking to move in we will be rehoused for a couple of weeks while this happens either to an AirBnb or to a hotel.

About me:
I’m 21 and have lived in Edinburgh for 4 years now. I studied Film and now work in Social Media Marketing while writing & filming my own projects too. I have two cats (Kylo & Obi) and while they are very friendly, Kylo is very anxious so will take a little while to warm up to you and unfortunately this also means we cant have any other pets in the house that arent in a cage/tank.

I’m looking for someone who is chatty and social and good with animals, who will keep the flat tidy and clean as well as their own space, and preferably looking to move in asap so we can get your stuff settled before the temporary rehousing.
