Sunny Double Room in a Lovely Home in Ravelston

I'm renting out a double bedroom in my bright and spacious three-bedroom flat in Ravelston. The home will be shared with myself, and the third bedroom is set up as a study/home office, which you'd be welcome to share.

The Flat
It's a home I'm really proud of, and I'd love to find someone who'll enjoy living here as much as I do.

You'll have your own cosy double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, dressing table/desk, storage and a lovely south-facing window overlooking the Ravelston Woods.

The flat itself is bright, airy and filled with natural light. You'd share a living room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom (fitted with an electric shower).

The Area
One of the best things about living here is the location. The flat sits right beside Ravelston Woods, so you can step straight into nature without even crossing a road. It's also just moments from the Roseburn Path and Edinburgh's fantastic cycle paths.

Craigleith Retail Park is around a 10-minute walk away, with a large Sainsbury's, M&S Foodhall, Boots, cafés, restaurants and plenty of other shops. There are excellent bus links too, with regular buses reaching the West End and Edinburgh city centre in around 15–20 minutes.

I'm a 33-year-old professional and I have owned the flat for about 3 years now. I'm friendly, easy-going and really enjoy the outdoors and sports so I am often out and about.
