Room Tollcross

Sadly i’m moving out of my current flat and I’m looking for someone to take over my room (move in date ideally 16th august)

Rooms
The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, storage etc. It’s a nice, cosy rooms with large windows, so a nice amount of light in the afternoon/morning.

Flat
It's a 3-bedroom flat that is on the second floor. The living room is large and warm (central heating throughout the entire flat) with nice comfy sofas. Small but ample kitchen. Storage cupboard with washing machine(brand new) and freezer. Separate WC and shower. There’s also access to private gardens. You’ll be sharing with two young professionals Freya and Iain who are social and friendly but also respectful of personal space and quiet time.

The Area
The flat is in Tollcross, literally 2 minutes off the Meadows, but still central so an ideal location. There a loads of shops, cafes, gyms, little stores, and bus stops surrounding the flat. Parking is on-street, and you can almost always find a place within a minute walk of the flat.

Rent and Bills
For council tax reasons, looking for a professionals or students who are liable to pay it. The room rent is £683 per month, excluding bills. Bills include:
