Eligibility requirements:

Employed applicants: salary of 30x the monthly rent (or equivalent savings)
Students / anyone in the UK less than 6 months: need a UK-based guarantor earning 36x the monthly rent

Process:

Change of Tenancy form submitted to DJ Alexanders (from the current tenants + you)
Property inspection + landlord approval
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks completed
Once approved, the 2 current tenants will give notice together (min. 28 days)
Incoming tenant is referenced, pays their deposit share, and signs the Deposit Declaration form
All paperwork must be finalised at least 1 week before the new tenancy starts
