Large room available in a two bed flat, twenty minutes away from Edinburgh's city centre with access to a 24hr supermarket, gyms, green spaces and music venues on your doorstep.

You can also reach Murrayfield Stadium in around a fifteen minute walk.

The flat comprises of a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, hallway and bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. The bathroom is directly next door to the room you'll be renting.

You'll also have access to a shared garden, along with the other five flats in the building. The flat is on the first floor.

The area itself is quiet but has excellent access links such as several bus stops (including night buses) and a train station less than five minutes away.

The bed in the room is currently set up for single occupancy, but can be adapted to have room for two, supporting a king sized bed.

A little bit about me, your room mate.
I've lived in Edinburgh for nine years now, after originally coming up here for university and I now work in the whisky industry. I tend to work most evenings and don't spend a great deal of time in the flat as I'm often in the gym or city hopping. I'm a sociable person but very rarely have people over in the flat.

This listing is available for any length of stay and different rates will apply. Couples are accepted on a short term basis.
