Hiya, We’re 3 students at Heriot Watt University (2 male, 1 female) looking for one more student to move in.

- Bus routes, 25, 34, 35 and much more, all within walking distance of 4 minutes
- Rent is £420 excluding bills
- The room will come furnished
- the photos are out of date but nothing major has changed

The replacement tenant will need to be approved by the landlord/letting agent and may need to provide things such as identification, references and/or a UK guarantor depending on their requirements.
