Hi! I'm moving out and my room will be available from the end of this month.

It's a 4 bedroom flat with one shared bathroom. The flat is currently home to one girl and two guys, so to keep a good balance they’re looking for another girl to join them.

Great location, close to Bruntsfield and Morningside. There's a bus stop right outside the door with bus numbers 27 and 10, plus another stop just down the road covering some other frequent routes.

The building has a small garden at the back, and you're well covered for shopping with Margiotta and Tesco Express close by.

Bills aren't included in the rent, they usually come to under £100 per month.

Ideally looking for someone keen to stay long term.
